Shipping policy

Packaging: Our products are shipped in their own individual boxes to ensure safe delivery and proper protection during transit. Assembly is required upon arrival.

Processing Time: Please allow 2 business days for your order to process. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new launches.

Delivery Times: Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. Standard domestic shipments typically take 5-7 business days to arrive after they have been shipped, depending on where you are located.

Shipping Costs: Enjoy free shipping on all orders delivered to CABA (Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires) and GBA (Gran Buenos Aires)! For deliveries to other areas within Argentina, shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, so you'll see the exact cost before placing your order.

International Shipping: While our standard shipping applies to orders within Argentina, we welcome international customers! If you are located outside of Argentina and would like to purchase our products, please contact us at support@pipacasa.com with your shipping address and the items you're interested in.
