Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Packaging: Our products are shipped in their own individual boxes to ensure safe delivery and proper protection during transit. Assembly is required upon arrival.

Processing Time: Please allow 2 business days for your order to process. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new launches.

Delivery Times: Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. Standard domestic shipments typically take 5-7 business days to arrive after they have been shipped, depending on where you are located.

Shipping Costs: Enjoy free shipping on all orders delivered to CABA (Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires) and GBA (Gran Buenos Aires)! For deliveries to other areas within Argentina, shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, so you'll see the exact cost before placing your order.

International Shipping: While our standard shipping applies to orders within Argentina, we welcome international customers! If you are located outside of Argentina and would like to purchase our products, please contact us at support@pipacasa.com with your shipping address and the items you're interested in. We'll be happy to provide you with a customized shipping quote and estimated delivery timeframe for your location.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

Exchanges:

You have up to 30 (thirty) days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original tags on, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@pipacasa.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return prepaid shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you can choose to exchange your item for the same product in a different color, or select a different product of equal value. If you choose a product of greater value, you'll be responsible for paying the difference. If you choose a product of lesser value, you’ll be issued store credit for the difference.

Please note that we provide prepaid return shipping for exchanges. For refunds, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for product damage caused by misuse.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover the return shipping cost for damaged or defective items, and send you instructions on how and where to send your package and make sure you are satisfied with your order. 

Refunds:

Upon receiving your order, you have 10 business days to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original tags on, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we have the products in our possession and have inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@pipacasa.com.

Please note that when requesting a refund, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
