  • How do I cancel an order?

You can only do so in the first 24 hours after your order is placed. Please, contact our customer service team at support@pipacasa.com within that time range specifying order number. Once your order has been confirmed and shipped out we will not be able to cancel it.

  • Can I modify an order once I've placed it?

Order changes can potentially be made up until fulfillment has begun.
Please contact our customer service team at support@pipacasa.com within the first 24 hours of your purchase, specifying your order number. We will do our best to help you. But keep in mind, if and once your order has been confirmed and shipped out we will not be able to modify it.

  • Where is my package?

Each customer will receive an email with tracking information once the order is confirmed and has left the warehouse. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

  • How do I know when items are restocked?

Please subscribe to our newsletter entering your email at the bottom of the site to keep up to date with our newest releases and restocks. 

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 2 business days for your order to process. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new launches. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. 
Standard domestic shipments typically take 4-5 business days to arrive after they have been shipped.
