Exchanges and Refunds Policy

Exchanges:

You have up to 30 (thirty) days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original tags on, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@pipacasa.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return prepaid shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you can choose to exchange your item for the same product in a different color, or select a different product of equal value. If you choose a product of greater value, you'll be responsible for paying the difference. If you choose a product of lesser value, you’ll be issued store credit for the difference.

Please note that we provide prepaid return shipping for exchanges. For refunds, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for product damage caused by misuse.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover the return shipping cost for damaged or defective items, and send you instructions on how and where to send your package and make sure you are satisfied with your order. 

Refunds:

Upon receiving your order, you have 10 business days to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original tags on, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we have the products in our possession and have inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@pipacasa.com.

Please note that when requesting a refund, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
